Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead in a Chase Branch to drive exceptional client experiences, supervise daily operations, and ensure compliance with policies and audits. You will work with the Branch Manager and a team of experts to greet clients, manage lobby flow, and promote self-service options while maintaining accuracy and regulatory alignment.

You will lead operations, handle cash devices, resolve issues promptly, and help educate the branch team about changes in procedures.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Leadership and operational proficiency to ensure accurate transactions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and guide clients to our services.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices, and resolve client issues per policy.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options for convenient access to accounts.
