Qualifications

• Retail banking experience required and preferred.
• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Leadership and operational proficiency for accurate transactions.
• Ability to educate and refer clients to experts when needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming and dynamic branch atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trustedrelationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate their needs while checking them into the waiting queue.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like the cash vault and ATM; resolve issues per bank policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and address specialized financial needs.
• Share self-service options to simplify banking and enable 24/7 access for clients.
• Support branch operations with loss control, compliance, and audit readiness to ensure smooth, secure operations.
