Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager for the Gexpro team in Greenville, SC. You will support the branch mission, oversee daily operations, and act as the manager when the branch manager is absent.

Focus areas include safety, compliance, personnel, facility, inventory, and customer service. You will drive profitability through digital tools, train associates, supervise staff, manage customer relationships, and ensure efficient inventory and warehouse practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Forklift/warehouse equipment certification preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment MVR check and have valid driver's license if deliveries required.
• 4 Year/Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager in daily operations and safety compliance.
• Develop, train, and supervise associates to drive branch profitability.
• Maintain inventory control and warehouse housekeeping to meet customer demand.
• Greet and assist customers with product selection and delivery.
• Schedule branch staff and monitor operating expenses.
