Job summary

Rexel USA, Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager for the Mayer Team in Greenville/Piedmont, SC to lead a high-performance branch. You will coach your team, drive profitability, and ensure safe, efficient operations while aligning with corporate goals.

This role requires strong leadership, 5+ years in sales/operations, and the ability to manage budgets, inventory, and customer relationships. A Bachelor's degree is preferred; forklift certification is a plus, and a valid driver’s license may be needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in sales, operations, or B2B electrical distribution
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Forklift or warehouse equipment certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
• High School or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by leveraging company digital tools to maximize branch performance.
• Lead, motivate, direct, and train branch personnel; address issues as needed.
• Ensure staff have the tools to achieve sales potential.
• Oversee branch P&L to meet sales, net income, assets, and budgets.
• Implement safety standards and conduct inspections to support controls.
• Stay knowledgeable about markets, customers, vendors, and competitors.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors; provide excellent service.
• Oversee inventory control and maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Collaborate with partners, managers, sales, and marketing to support growth.
• Make deliveries to branches/customers when required.
