Job summary

Rexel USA in Houston, TX is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support daily operations and drive branch profitability. You will supervise staff, maintain inventory controls, ensure safety and customer service excellence, and act in the absence of the Branch Manager.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage P&L and relationships with customers. Experience in electrical distribution is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 2+ years of related experience in sales/operations.
• Forklift and warehouse equipment certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support branch manager in daily operations and safety.
• Drive branch profitability using digital tools and SOPs.
• Develop and supervise associates, schedule staff.
• Maintain inventory controls and address customer needs.
• Ensure high standards of service and accurate order fulfillment.
