Rexel USA is seeking a Branch Manager for the Mayer Team in Greenville/Piedmont, SC. You will lead branch operations, coach staff, and ensure profitable, safe functioning while executing annual budgets and growth initiatives.

You will oversee inventory, safety, and customer/vendor relationships, with responsibilities including sales strategy, KPI tracking, and ensuring excellent service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, operations, electrical distribution, or similar B2B industry experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 21 years old.
• 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by maximizing branch performance using company digital tools.
• Provide leadership, motivation, direction, and training to branch personnel.
• Ensure branch personnel have tools to achieve sales potential.
• Manage branch P&L to meet sales, income, and budgets.
• Maintain branch security and safety standards and perform inspections.
• Develop relationships with customers and vendors to support growth.
• Oversee inventory control and ensure appropriate stock levels.
• Collaborate with partners, managers, sales, and marketing to support branch goals.
