This role emphasizes P&L management, leadership, and the ability to implement sales strategies while maintaining strong vendor relationships and a safe, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, operations, electrical distribution, or similar B2B industry experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• May require forklift/warehouse equipment certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, motivation, and training to branch staff.
