Job summary

Rexel USA’s Mayer Team in Greenville, SC seeks a Branch Manager to lead a dynamic team and drive profitable, safe branch operations. You’ll manage P&L, budgets, inventory, and customer relationships while delivering growth through sales initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales/ops within electrical distribution, 2+ years of leadership, and a valid driver’s license; forklift cert preferred. Excellent leadership and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, operations, electrical distribution, or similar B2B experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Forklift/warehouse equipment certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license; age 21+; clean MVR history.
• High School or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability and branch performance using digital tools.
• Lead, motivate, and train branch personnel; address issues as needed.
• Ensure tools for sales potential; manage P&L to targets.
• Implement branch safety standards; conduct inspections.
• Maintain relationships with customers and vendors; provide service.
• Oversee inventory control and stock levels.
• Collaborate with partners to support growth goals.
• Make deliveries to branches/customers when required.
