Qualifications

• 7 years in branch operations, including 3 years supervisory/leadership roles.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or higher strongly preferred.
• Mastery of the operational regulatory environment with thorough knowledge of banking operations.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Ensure high quality, friendly customer service and adherence to growth and brand standards.
• Resolve customer inquiries/complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Monitor staff performance and coach for improvement.
• Approve transactions within established guidelines and manage risk.
• Oversee opening and closing of the branch and conduct security inspections.
• Lead staff meetings to ensure policy compliance and review daily reports.
• Support Branch Manager in achieving audit ratings and branch certifications.
• Identify and mitigate audit and operational risks.
