BANC OF CALIFORNIA, INC. is seeking an Officer, Branch Operations Manager in California to lead branch service quality and daily operations. You will guide staff, ensure compliance with policies, and drive growth while maintaining strong risk controls.

The role emphasizes staff coaching, audits, performance reviews, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve branch goals and superior customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 7 years in branch operations, including 3 years supervisory or other leadership experience is required
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Associate’s degree or higher strongly preferred
• Mastery of the operational regulatory environment with thorough knowledge of banking operations is required

Responsibilities

• Assure high quality and friendly customer service and adherence to growth and brand standards.
• Resolve customer inquiries/complaints and situations in a positive professional and efficient manner.
• Promote effective operational and service environment.
• Monitor staff’s performance relative to losses, differences and mitigating risk; coach for improved performance.
• Approve transactions within established guidelines, and elevate when required.
• Identify and mitigate audit and operational risk.
• Prepare and deliver employee performance evaluations, goal planning, and corrective action notices as applicable.
• Manage, support, coach and train staff to ensure that immediate action is taken to improve performance
