The role requires building strong client relationships, overseeing staffing, and guiding performance and growth initiatives. You will partner with other departments to support bank growth, manage risk, and uphold policies, procedures, and training.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 8 years of banking experience, including 4 years in branch management and operations.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations (Reg Z, Reg B, FCRA, BSA/AML, CIP, RFPA, CRA).

• Drive branch growth through exceptional client experience and cross-department collaboration.
• Supervise daily team activities, delegate tasks, and train staff.
• Ensure branch compliance with policies, audits, and regulatory requirements.
