Open Bank in Los Angeles is seeking a Service Manager to oversee daily branch operations, ensuring professional presentation and excellent client service. You will lead staff scheduling, coordinate with departments, and maintain budgetary efficiency while upholding internal controls.

The role requires broad operations knowledge, the ability to analyze financial data, and strong regulatory compliance awareness to ensure deposit regulations and account documentation are properly handled.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
• Seven years of experience in banking and/or lending.
• Ability to analyze and organize financial information and perform complex financial calculations.
• Good knowledge of deposit regulations, business documents, and new account documentation.
• Present a professional image in dealing with clients and colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures branch projects a professional and neat appearance at all times.
• Maintain client service and resolve complaints in a satisfactory and timely manner.
• Develop staff schedules to meet client traffic flows.
• Collaborate with Operations Administration and other departments to resolve issues.
• Ensure performance against budget and efficient workflow.
• Maintain a good audit rating and ensure branch operates safely, soundly, and compliantly with internal controls.
• Promote teamwork within the branch.
• Manage staff to comply with policies, procedures, and efficiency goals.
• Hold operational and training meetings to update staff on regulatory compliance and procedures.
• Ensure branch compliance with regulations such as BSA, OFAC, Regulation D, E, CC, and DD.
