You will develop branch staff, optimize teller operations, and oversee deposit accounts, new accounts, and related activities to drive profitability and efficiency at the California office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant banking experience may be considered.
• Three (3) or more years of progressively responsible retail or branch banking experience.
• Prior leadership, supervisory, or people-management experience preferred.
• Experience with teller operations and consumer and business deposit accounts.
