Job summary

Banc of California is hiring an Officer, Branch Operations Manager to lead a busy branch team, meet growth and service goals, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. You will supervise daily operations and drive performance while maintaining security and risk controls.

You will coach staff, manage customer service quality, and contribute to branch audits and certifications while partnering across departments to deliver a best-in-class banking experience.

Qualifications

• 7 years in branch operations, including 3 years supervisory or leadership experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate’s degree or higher strongly preferred.
• Mastery of the operational regulatory environment with thorough knowledge of banking operations.
• Knowledge of branch systems; basic Word and Excel required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Leads, coaches, motivates, and develops staff.
• Identifies opportunities to refer products and services to clients.

Responsibilities

• Assure high quality and friendly customer service and adherence to growth and brand standards.
• Resolve customer inquiries/complaints in a positive professional manner.
• Promote an effective operational and service environment.
• Coach staff and monitor performance; provide feedback and development.
• Approve transactions within guidelines and oversee security checks.
• Open/close branch and conduct regular security inspections.
