Qualifications

• Minimum one year of branch operations supervisory/management experience.
• Minimum three years of financial institution experience.
• Flexibility to cover staffing at any location within the region.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations to ensure quality member service.
• Mitigate risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage cash audits and cash requirements.
• Coach staff to meet branch KPIs and service standards.
• Handle escalated member issues and complaints.
• Perform AVP/BM duties when the Branch Manager is absent.
