Responsibilities

• Assist in branch operation and staff development; aim for customer service goals.
• Make staffing, training, performance decisions for subordinates.
• Maintain high employee morale to reduce turnover and improve service.
• Ensure branch policies, procedures, audits, budget, and profit plans are followed.
• Open and close accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs) and approve transactions.
• Provide teller services and resolve complex customer issues.
• Schedule duties and conduct regular compliance training.
