Job summary

You will supervise staff, balance cash, process deposits and loans, and drive sales while ensuring security and regulatory compliance.

In absence of the Branch Manager, you will oversee the team and resolve issues to maintain a smooth, customer-focused experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; banking experience preferred.
• Minimum two-year banking experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in typing and 10-key calculator.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Supervise and schedule branch staff.
