• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like the cash vault and ATM; ensure policy adherence.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and address financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking and access accounts anytime.
• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to uphold loss control, compliance, and audits.
