JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to oversee daily branch activities, lead the team, and ensure compliant, high-quality client service. You will drive operational excellence and promote self-service options to enhance the client banking experience.

The role requires 1+ years of retail banking experience, weekend/evening hours, and a commitment to maintaining branch-wide controls and customer satisfaction.

• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
• Lead and train branch staff, ensuring accurate transactions and proactive service.
• Educate and keep the branch team informed of changes in policies and procedures.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and refer to experts when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming, high-service branch atmosphere.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication; identify needs and guide them to self-service options.
• Lead branch operations: cash devices, vault, ATM, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless, sincere service.
• Promote self-service options to enable 24/7 account access for clients.
• Support all aspects of branch operations, including loss control, compliance, and audits.
