Job summary

Qualifications

• Assist in daily branch operations and policy implementation.
• Interviews, hires and trains employees, conducts appraisals and manages performance.
• Coaches and motivates staff to achieve branch goals.
• Supervises branch personnel and handles staffing and promotions.
• Acts as member service representative for accounts, loans, and inquiries.
• Assumes Branch Manager duties in their absence.
• Ensures compliance with governmental and regulatory policies and audit guidelines.
• Maintains security controls and training for security/robbery procedures.
• Participates in community affairs to enhance the credit union’s image.

Responsibilities
