Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years banking experience.
• 2+ years supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily branch operations for efficient service delivery.
• Maintain responsibility for branch security, internal controls, and procedures.
• Support scheduling, workflow management, and delegation to staff.
• Oversee cash management, vault maintenance, balancing, and cash ordering.
• Ensure compliance with security procedures and safety systems.
• Assist with audits, regulatory examinations, and corrective action planning.
• Resolve operational and customer service issues promptly and professionally.
• Provide backup for branch staff functions and handle opening/closing tasks.
• Adapt to changing business needs while supporting sales initiatives.
