Job summary

FourLeaf Federal Credit Union in Massachusetts seeks an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to help lead branch operations, align with corporate goals, and coach supervisors to deliver exceptional member experiences. You will drive a consultative sales approach, manage daily operations, ensure accurate transactions, and maintain strong risk controls while building a positive, inclusive team culture.

This role requires 3+ years supervisory and lending experience, a college degree or related work

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or related work experience.
• 3+ years of financial or equivalent sales and service experience.
• 3-5 years of supervisory and leadership experience.
• 3-5 years of credit or lending experience.
• Medallion Signature Guarantor Certification within 3 months.
• National Mortgage Licensing System License within 3 months.
• NYS Notary License within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations and support alignment with corporate strategies.
• Lead and develop supervisors to deliver exceptional member experiences.
• Implement a consultative sales approach to identify opportunities.
• Ensure accurate processing of transactions per policies and procedures.
• Act as lead supervisor when the Branch Manager is not present.
• Maintain branch controls and compliance with banking regulations.
• Manage scheduling, lobby tracking, and branch traffic to minimize wait times.
