• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, and resolve issues while following policy.
• Introduce clients to the friendly branch team to deliver seamless service and assist with financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for customers at any time.
• Support all branch operations, maintain high standards for loss control, compliance, and audits.
