Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to be at the heart of branch operations, working with the Branch Manager and team to ensure precise processing of client transactions while enforcing policies and regulatory requirements.

You will guide operations, promote self-service options, train staff, and uphold loss prevention, compliance, and audit standards, contributing to an exceptional client experience and a vibrant, welcoming branch environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of banking policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven leadership and operational proficiency in a team environment.
• Ability to educate and keep the branch team informed.
• Excellent client relations and communication, with ability to refer to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work flexible branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere in the branch.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and help them effectively; check them into waiting queue.
• Lead branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and address specialized financial needs.
• Explain self-service options and access to accounts 24/7.
• Support all aspects of branch operations, including loss control, compliance, and audits.
