Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to manage daily branch activities, supervise staff, and ensure accurate transactions while upholding regulatory standards. You will guide clients through services, promote self-service options, and lead operational excellence with a focus on loss control and compliance.

You will collaborate with the Branch Manager to deliver exceptional service, training, and strong team coordination in a dynamic community branch environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Leadership and operational proficiency in a collaborative team environment.
• Passion for educating and informing branch teams and partners.
• Ability to engage clients and refer to experts when needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere and exceptional client experiences.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication, understand needs, and guide them through the visiting process.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices, and resolve client issues while following bank policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients 24/7.
• Support branch operations including loss control, compliance and audits.
