Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to support the Branch Manager and the team in delivering exceptional client experiences while maintaining compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

The role focuses on greeting clients, handling transactions, optimizing lobby flow, and promoting self-service options, while leading branch operations and ensuring accurate processing and loss control.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Detail-oriented and organized to juggle multiple tasks.
• Strong leadership and operational proficiency for transaction accuracy.
• Educate branch team and partners to stay informed.
• Build meaningful client connections and refer to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate their needs.
• Lead operations, manage cash devices, and resolve issues per bank policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support branch operations, ensuring loss control, compliance, and audits.
