• Engage clients with clear communication to understand needs and check them into waiting queue.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices and adherence to policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service with care.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients anytime.
• Support Branch Manager in loss control, compliance, and audits.
