Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United States is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to partner with the Branch Manager to elevate client experiences, uphold policies, and oversee branch operations including cash vaults and ATMs.

You will work to greet clients, manage lobby flow, support loss control, compliance, and audits, and travel for in-person training as required by our Branch Operations Lead Training Program.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized.
• Proven leadership and operational proficiency in transactions accuracy.
• Ability to educate and inform branch team and partners.
• Excellent client engagement and referral to experts.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create welcoming atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication; anticipate needs and manage waiting queue.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like the cash vault and ATM; resolve issues while following bank policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking.
• Support all aspects of branch operations, ensuring loss control, compliance, and audits.
