You will supervise daily branch activities, greet clients, manage lobby flow, oversee cash devices, and promote self-service options. The role requires 1+ year retail banking experience and a bias for accurate, detail-oriented service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Strong adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask.
• Leadership and operational proficiency in a team setting.
• Willingness to educate and refer clients to experts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming and vibrant branch atmosphere.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs to assist effectively.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices and adherence to bank policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to enable 24/7 access for customers.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to keep the branch secure.
