Job summary

• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming, vibrant branch environment.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and meetings.
• Explain services and schedule appointments to build relationships.
• Lead branch ops, manage cash devices, resolve issues with detail and compliance.
• Introduce clients to the branch team for seamless service and referrals.
• Promote self-service options to empower clients remotely.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audit readiness.
