• Previous teller experience required.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

• Travel between branches may be necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise branch functions handling customer transactions and operations.
• Lead by example by serving customers in lobby or drive-up.
• Ensure security procedures comply with bank and regulatory policies.
• Resolve customer concerns including online banking, cards, statements.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer customers to appropriate staff.
• Represent branch in community events as needed.
