Qualifications

• Previous teller experience required.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED required, college degree preferred.
• Travel between branches may be necessary.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all branch operations related to processing customer transactions and maintaining operational soundness.
• Lead staff and delegate teller duties while ensuring policy compliance and security.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns as needed.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer customers to appropriate bank personnel.
