Qualified candidates have prior teller experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication skills. The role requires occasional travel between branches and physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Travel between branches may be necessary.

Responsibilities

• Run all branch teller operations and maintain dual control.
• Inform the team of policy and procedure changes pertaining to teller operations.
• Take a proactive approach to solving operational issues.
• Ensure security procedures are established and being followed.
• Lead by example by serving customers in lobby or drive-thru.
• Ensure team compliance with bank policies to mitigate losses.
• Promote exceptional service to deliver best-in-class customer service.
• Resolve customer concerns, including online banking and debit cards.
• Recognize cross-sell opportunities and refer customers to appropriate personnel.
• Participate in community events as needed.
