Job summary

Morgan Stanley in the United States seeks an Associate Service Manager to partner with the Service Manager, delivering operational support across money movement, trade support, approvals and audit preparation for the Market.

You will lead the Branch by coaching Service Associates, coordinating with partners in the Branch, Market, Region and Home Office, and driving policy adherence, training, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Active Series 7 (GS), Series 9 & 10 (SU), Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63/65 (AG/RA) are expected.
• At least 2 years of industry experience; 5 years recommended.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Branch in executing strategic priorities with focus on consistency, quality and policy compliance.
• Identify services and solutions for clients, including secure digital offerings.
• Facilitate training as Learning Partner for new Service Associates.
• Maintain relationships with Branch, Market, Region and Home Office partners.
