Job summary

Morgan Stanley seeks an Associate Service Manager to partner with the Service Manager, providing operational support and oversight for the Market and branch. Responsibilities include money movement, trade support, approvals, and audit prep, with emphasis on problem solving and resourceful issue resolution.

You will train Service Associates, lead meetings, and uphold firm policies while collaborating with various partners to improve efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency required.
• College degree preferred for advancement.
• Active Series 7 (GS), Series 9 & 10 (SU), Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) are noted.
• At least 2 years of industry experience required (5 years recommended).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Branch in executing strategic priorities with focus on consistency, quality, and compliance with Firm policies and procedures.
• Oversee service transaction approvals and processes (trade error supervision, money movement, document handling, cashiering, trading, account maintenance).
• Facilitate training for new hires and coach Service Associates.
• Ensure Audit Readiness Program activities and regular self-audit testing are performed.
• Collaborate with Sales, Risk and Home Office partners on behalf of Service Managers.
