Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking an Associate Service Manager to partner with the Service Manager, delivering operational support across money movement, trade support, approvals, and audits. You will coach Service Associates, oversee branch processes, and drive efficiency while ensuring compliance with Firm policies.

Ideal candidates bring a High School Diploma or higher, professional licensing (Series 7/9/10/66 or 63/65), and at least 2 years in the industry; a college degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Licensing requirements include FINRA Series 7/9/10/66 or Series 63/65 as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Branch in executing strategic priorities with focus on consistency, quality and compliance.
• Facilitate training for new hire Service Associates.
• Oversee service transaction approvals and documentation handling.
• Ensure audit readiness and adherence to Firm policies and procedures.
• Resolve client inquiries and operational issues in a timely manner.
• Support special projects and collaborate with Sales, Risk and Home Office partners.
