Qualifications

• Active securities licenses: Series 7, 9, 10, 66, 63, 65.
• At least 2 years industry experience required; 5 years recommended.
• Strong supervisory decision-making, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Branch in executing strategic priorities with coaching and consistency.
• Identify services and digital offerings to support client needs.
• Facilitate training as Learning Partner for new hire Service Associates.
• Oversee service transaction approvals and document handling.
• Ensure compliance with Firm policies; support audit readiness.
• Resolve client inquiries and escalate as needed.
• Assist with special projects and serve as a resource to Sales, Risk and Home Office.
