Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking an Associate Service Manager to partner with the Service Manager in supporting operations and oversight for the Market. The role focuses on money movement, trade support, approvals, and audit prep, with emphasis on problem resolution and escalation as needed.

The incumbent will lead branch activities, train new hires, and manage relationships across Branch, Market, Region, and Home Office, promoting firm values and diversity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Active securities licenses: Series 7 (GS), Series 9 & 10 (SU), Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA).
• At least 2 years of industry experience; 5 years recommended.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to coach others.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Branch in executing strategic priorities with a focus on quality and compliance.
• Identify services and digital offerings to support client needs.
• Facilitate training for new hire Service Associates.
• Maintain relationships with key partners and participate in meetings.
• Oversee service transactions, document handling, and audit readiness.
• Resolve client inquiries and improve processes for efficiency.
