Job summary

Morgan Stanley in the United States seeks a Service Manager to lead branch operations, supervise Service Associates and Receptionists, and ensure efficient processing of money movement, trade approvals and client service in alignment with firm policies.

You will partner with Market Sales, Risk teams and the Market Business Service Officer to implement process improvements, drive compliance, and mentor staff while maintaining service quality across branches.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree required or equivalent education.
• Active Series 7 (GS), Series 9 and Series 10 (SU), and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) required.
• Other licenses as required for the role or by management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage service transaction approvals and processes across branches.
• Lead and supervise Service Associates & Receptionists; conduct one-on-one coaching and development.
• Partner with Market Sales and Risk teams to ensure execution and compliance.
