Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking an Associate Service Manager to partner with the Service Manager, driving operational support across the Market. You will oversee service transactions, audits, and documentation while coaching the Service Associates and aligning with firm policies.

Responsibilities include training, process improvements, and collaboration with branches, regions, and the Home Office to ensure consistent, compliant operations and strong client service across the platform.

Qualifications

• Education or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Active Series 7 (GS), Series 9/10, Series 66/63/65 where applicable.
• Minimum 2 years in financial services; 5+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Branch in executing strategic priorities with focus on compliance and quality.
• Oversee approvals, money movement, documentation, and audit readiness.
• Coordinate training for new Service Associates and partner with Sales, Risk and Home Office teams.
• Identify process improvements to boost productivity and efficiency.
