Peak Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager to partner with the Branch Manager and lead daily branch operations in the Eugene area. You will drive member engagement, ensure service standards, and collaborate with other units to resolve issues and promote financial products.

The role requires 3+ years in retail financial services with leadership experience; NMLS and Notary are a bonus. A strong focus on team development and relationship-based service is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum three (3) years of experience in retail financial services with progressive leadership responsibilities.
