Central Willamette Credit Union seeks a Branch Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional member experiences at our Eugene, Oregon branch. You will supervise, coach, and inspire the sales and referral team while driving performance and strategic execution in a living culture of respect, integrity, ethics, compassion, and humor.

You’ll partner with the Director of Retail to shape branch strategy, manage operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and build strong member

• Prepare performance reports and identify process improvements using tools consistently.
• Attend training and ensure compliance with internal/external policies; seek and accept feedback.
• Perform additional duties as assigned in support of organizational goals and values.
