Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a related field (sales, service, cash handling, loans, operations).
• Ability to build strong member relationships and cross-sell products and services.
• Fully proficient in credit union systems and applicable hardware; adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage visitors; manage branch traffic to minimize wait times.
• Identify and originate all offered products and services.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments; keep accurate records.
