Peak Credit Union in Olympia, WA is seeking a Branch Leader to partner with the Branch Manager, oversee daily operations, and deliver exceptional member service while driving sales growth.

You will lead a branch team, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, balance cash and audits, recruit and develop staff, and foster a relationship-based culture that expands member relationships and assets.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in retail financial services with leadership responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Bonus points if you have NMLS and Notary.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations, including cash and audits.
• Partner with other units to resolve member issues and expand relationships.
• Refer members to other products after assessing financial needs.
• Coach and develop branch staff to deliver high-quality service.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Support recruitment and hiring decisions with the Branch Manager.
