Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or sales management.
• 2+ years of progressive management experience in a financial organization.
• Strong leadership with coaching and development focus.
• Proven ability to drive results and manage priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Inspire, motivate, and empower staff to deliver exceptional service and performance.
• Provide clear objectives, coaching, and growth opportunities.
• Build and execute branch strategies using data and market insight.
• Maintain compliance and drive operational excellence.
• Lead a proactive sales culture and deepen member relationships.
• Represent CWCU at community events and build local partnerships.
• Prepare performance reports and support organizational goals.
