Union State Bank in the United States seeks a Branch Coordinator to lead daily branch operations and service delivery. You will open and service deposit accounts, manage teller duties, balance cash, and help customers with banking products.

The role requires supervision of staff, cross-selling, and coordination with Market leadership on planning and customer relationships. Travel to nearby locations may occur, and a rotating Saturday schedule is possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three years banking, sales, and prior supervisor experience.
• Ability to supervise and coach branch staff.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Performs Teller Line Duties.
• Open and service deposit accounts and safe deposit boxes.
• Cross-sell bank products and services.
• Lead and coach branch staff; balance cash drawer.
• Assist with imaging and daily branch operations.
• Provide notary services and answer inquiries.
• Support electronic banking product enrollment and training.
