Union State Bank in Kansas seeks a Branch Coordinator to lead daily branch operations and provide exceptional customer service. The role focuses on opening and servicing deposit accounts, cross-selling bank products, and supervising the teller team.

The Branch Coordinator supports the Market Retail Coordinator in planning and directing branch activities, mentoring staff, and ensuring compliance with banking policies and procedures.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior banking, sales, and supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities are essential.
• Cash handling accuracy and customer service focus are critical.

Responsabilidades

• Performs Teller Line duties and vault/lead teller tasks as assigned.
• Mentors teller staff and assists with balancing and policy adherence.
• Opens and services deposit accounts, processes wire requests, and supports electronic banking products.
• Across the branch, drives cross-sales and maintains relationships with customers.
• Supervises and coaches Customer Service Associates; coordinates with Market Coordinator/Director.
