Job summary

Chase in the United States seeks a Branch Operations Lead to partner with the Branch Manager and drive exceptional client experiences while ensuring compliant branch operations. You’ll manage daily transactions, assist with lobby flow, and lead a team committed to accuracy and service.

Responsibilities include guiding self-service adoption, maintaining loss control standards, and training staff to deliver consistent, caring service. Weekend/evening hours may apply.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
• Maintain detail orientation and organization to manage multiple tasks.
• Lead and educate the branch team while maintaining operational proficiency.
• Educate and connect with clients, referring to experts when needed.
• Build meaningful client relationships and engage customers effectively.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• 6+ months Associate Banker (Teller) experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, schedule meetings.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices, ensure policy compliance.
• Communicate clearly with clients, anticipate needs, manage waiting queue.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support branch operations, loss control, compliance and audits.
