Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 3+ years in branch banking or related operations.
• 12+ months Santander experience related to Branch Operations Manager.
• 18+ months cash handling experience.
• 18+ months customer service in high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Oversee risk controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Enhance customer experience with smooth transactions and lobby management.
• Resolve customer issues promptly.
• Build strong customer relationships and educate on self-service options.
• Maintain audit logs and conduct cash counts.
• Support teller line and provide coaching on accuracy.
• Communicate clearly with customers across channels.
• Use data-driven insights to improve branch performance.
