Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs Teller Line Duties and supports branch operations.
• Open and service deposit accounts and safe deposit boxes.
• Cross-sell bank products and services to customers.
• Supervise and coach branch staff; provide quarterly feedback.
• Maintain accurate cash handling, balancing and records.
• Assist with training and developing staff as needed.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
